That's not clearly evidence to the idea the Colony is cloaked.
What happens in that scene is EVE's railgun shot going through Demogorgon and then a few moments later, a massive explosion in the barrier near Spire 4 that coincides with Demogorgon disintegrating. If anything, the barrier we see there is more likely associated with Demogorgon or Spire 4 than the Colony.
Additionally, as EVE is falling into the atmosphere immediately following the destruction of that barrier, Providence is shown flying through space to rescue EVE. That segment doesn't reveal any part of the Colony becoming more apparent as you might expect it to be if EVE's railgun blast did remove the cloak.
Lastly, consider that in the other endings the sky still looks the same. Both Memories endings don't hint at a mega space complex in the sky. The Making New Memories ending should probably show some of that since it's at night and it would be more visible, but even in the Cost of Lost Memories ending at dusk should still reveal a massive complex from the surface if the destruction of Demogorgon led to the cloak being removed.
