Pokegenie is good for figuring out what is optimal in terms of IVs, but PvPoke is the one with the stats on the meta. I'm not surprised GBL sucks right now, it seems like great league is even worse than I thought it was a week ago. Niantic have somehow enabled the worst Pokémon from the pre-nerf meta and the post-nerf meta to dominate the format again. I'd recommend using PvPoke's team builder system to figure out what team you should run.
