You're overthinking it
For the character card, just write 3-4 paragraphs summarizing everything important about the character in natural language. Appearance, personality, profession, age, interests, sexual orientation, goals, etc.
Then for the first post, set the scene you want your RP to start with using the perspective that matches how you will play your character
If you have a specific fetish that needs some context, like vore, monster girls, giantess/size, or some NWO thing, make a few entries describing how it works in the lore tab
For the character you play, you don't need as much information, just a physical description and anything else that the AI character is assumed to know about you
A strong model like DeepSeek R1 will be able to do a lot with just this stuff and a few well-written responses
