Eh.
It's not the worst Dragon Ball manga and it has some "Oh hey, that's actually pretty neat" moments, but it's really bland. A manga for the "I'm here just for the fights" crowd, that's what it feels like to me.
It doesn't have much going in the way of character development and it mostly goes from one fight to the next with very small breaks inbetween.
Had I read chapter after chapter consecutively I would have gotten bored pretty fast, but I'm reading a few chapters every few weeks or w/e.
