It's a fine line between private ownership and state ownership. Nothing can stop the seizure of a registered company in a state jurisdiction because all legal companies get permission from the state to operate. You would have to have your own allodial title jurisdiction to prevent seizure (which central banks like the BIS do), but even that is dependent on other jurisdictions refusing to invade and annex your base of operations. That's what the expelling of the Rhodesian farmers were about. 50% of the land was owned by whites, who were only a fraction of the entire population owned Allodial titles. It's why the white farmers won't go back because the Zimbabwe jurisdiction doesn't recognize their allodial titles, and going back means the white farmers have consented to this seizure.
