Do the same thing with little's clothing if you can afford to buy her a few pieces without breaking the bank. She'll feel good that she's getting some cute clothes and she can pick out something that fits her style, but also it's clothing that is purposely being bought for being little so she'll feel at least somewhat encouraged to use it in that way. But just making her feel like she's involved in being a part of this and it's not something you're just putting on her will make her more accepting.

On a similar note, any interests or hobbies she's really into, maybe you can think of a way to approach her with integrating that and ABDL. For example, if she's an actress, maybe she can get comfortable with the idea of it being a really freeing acting exercise, where she has to operate without pretensions. If she's into certain designs, or crafts, maybe she can do that in an ABDL context. If she plays videogames, see if you can get her to just wear a diaper for a while she games. If she's into anime and manga, show her cute ABDL art that's done in that style.

If she has kinks of her own, maybe see if you can find a way to incorporate that with ABDL as well. If there's any lucky parallels there make sure to highlight that.

If she's worried about comfort, maybe start out with Pull-Ups, thinner medical diapers, and cloth-backed products and then see about working up to the more obvious ABDL stuff. Once she's gotten used to the more underwear like products, diapers won't seem like such a stretch.

Depending on where you live, taking her to an ABDL store and having her walk the shelves and pick things out for herself could be a good move too, but only if you live near one of the really nice, comfortable ones, like ABDLr in Denver. Best to try to avoid having her meet other ABDLs in a place like that. But an experience of shopping in a comfy store and having it feel welcoming and normal could be a really eye-opening experience for her.
