"Mike is a red herring" is itself a red herring because fucking "Tenna always said 'Mike acted different' after that other guy left", which implies there was a real Mike that Tenna and Spamton probably knew who fucked off when those 2 split up.
Also Mike being just a troll makes no sense when it's hinted to be somewhat important two times in the Spamton Sweepstakes
Anyways my schizotheory is that this was all FRIEND shenanigans and Mike is one of his pseudonyms. FRIEND is the hand that controls its puppets from behind the scene via blasting electromagnetic radiation or something.
