What confuses me is why GW, king of squeezing money out of their customers, decided to change how wargear works to restrict the options a unit can take to what's in the box when the old system had people buying kits they didn't need to get the wargear to make a single unit that didn't have a panoply of mismatched weapons. Did GW make the change because they figured out the secondhand market was fulfilling the artifical scarcity they invented?
