Those are all 2nd half banners which have different start dates based on server. Their graph is probably fucked up and not counting Asia whose banners start a day earlier.

It has been 5 patches and Madam Herta still hasn't done anything noteworthy.

Remember when leveling your relics to always have your current team and current selected character to want the opposite of the stats you want.

So for example if you wanted an ATK rope with HP%/CritDmg/CritRate/FlatHP subs to go all in crit, fill out your team with DoT units + Bailu as a sustain and then equip the rope to Bailu and level it up from her inventory
