Am I making any glaring mistakes? Is it better to have shitters on the bench rather than deep squad?

Is there anyone who I desperately need like Salah or summin? Am thinking about taking out shrimpong because he doesnt seem to be a guaranteed starter. Any feedback would be great fellas.
