A debut is usually supposed to be a QRD of the chuuba moving forwards. What kinds of games you can expect, what kinds of projects, etc. Will they sing? Are they competitive? Are they comfortable in groups?
I'd say this stream kinda failed on that front, though. If someone were to find out about her today and checked that stream, they really wouldn't have any information other than "I plan to do a lot of members streams and watch movies."
For an example of a good one, Selen's debut started with a high quality animation, as well as her own drawings, a fake schedule showing that all week would be Apex before revealing it as a joke, and made her interests and competitiveness clear. Watching that, even if it wasn't entirely accurate a year later, you'd get a rough idea of what the chuuba was about.
Fuwamoco's was pretty great, too. They had a bunch of cute shit to start, but sprinkled in were a bunch of dogwhistles like Yosuga no Sora to show that they absolutely had more going on for people who looked deeper. Ending it with the goals list and showing all of the things they planned to do gave an impression that they were very motivated and driven to do all sorts of things in the future.
Justice had some good ones too. Gigi's was relatively creative and energetic. Liz made it very, very clear that her job was to sing and that she's not experienced with much else. CC implied she'd do a lot more music and rigging stuff than she ended up doing, but I'm sure she'll get back to that eventually. Raora's was great too since it explained her attitude and what she was going to stream very, very clearly. (Art, art, yapping, and more art)
