I just watched it last night and I really enjoyed it. The comedy was funny, the action was solid, and even though an R-rating would probably have improved the film, it definitely doesn't suffer from the lack of one the way the first did.
Also despite obviously using Terminator 2 as its template, I also appreciated the subtle Robocop references.
