A bit more than the anime but still quite lovely. The worst she did was:
- Install spy equipment in Satou's home, this is over the top and I still think the manga may have taken artistic liberties here
- Tie Satou in bdsm gear and when he insulted her while dropping spaghetti leaving him with no food or water for several days
- Try to apply unit 731 brainwashing program on Satou and fail at it
- Reject the popular girl's offer to join their clique because they make her feel inferior and instead join the non-threatening loser weebs at school, feeling inferior even to them, trying to fit in by dressing like a full otaku and cutting her wrists to show off in a webpage
- Drop spaghetti everywhere and rejecting all offers to socialize to the point she became an outcast at school
- Throw away Satou's wedding ring he saved up for and gifted her during her birthday due to fear of her joy turning into pain later on
- Becoming a neet living in Satou's now abandoned apartment, not bathing for days and waiting to die. IMAGINE the smell!
All in all its far more credible that a girl like manga Misaki wouldn't be popular and hang out with someone like Satou
