hi guys, I'm now 1 week into my workout journey but I wonder if I can build any muscle if I eat before I workout then fast for the entire day kinda like intermittent fasting. Because I only can eat when I work at the restaurant, and fast for the rest of the day to save some money.
Also is there a time window between eating then workout for the best outcome? thanks guys!
