I dunno how bad Liberman's action were. He enforced an independent ratings board to exist and the industry complied. The ERSB rating's system is no worse than the movie rating system. Like The Konami Justifiers were blue and pink to meet with gun-toy standards. The one game is a homage to Dirty Harry. Konami had to make their 32bit Justifier look like a hair blow dryer.
