plan is simple, establish a base of operations from where crafters and strategos can do their work, we infiltrate various locations as merchants to gather information and data about the surroundings including about the locals, their defences, their markets, their lifestyles, their way of fighting, etc, then move on to establish another base of operations from where we continue to gather information and data

once we have enough data and bases of operations, we simply take over, whether economically or militarily, will this be slow, mayhaps, but atleast we'll know everything we can and can make plans accordingly, and i intend to uplift my lizardmen brethren to be a true hegemon through economics, technology, and might, so that even if i do fall, my lizardmen shall prevail in the end
