Personally I think of all the shit to quit 40k over lore shit is the gayest reason to do so. Sure the ever inflating prices, wildly varying model quality, dogshit rules and game design, GW's rampant incompetence and greed, increasingly limited room for customization and flavor, them trying to stamp out any and all fan content, all that's fine. But a Custodes with tits, that's where you draw the line? It's not even the dumbest retcon in 40k but even trying pretend 40k has ever had consistent lore is insanely retarded to begin with. Honestly 40k fans are getting exactly what they fucking deserve, just like all the other consoomers who prop up franchies that should have died decades ago.

I sold them because I didn't have time paint them, but all of GW's bullshit has sucked any passion I had 40k out of me. They have a good home though, sold em to a buddy of mine who more actively hobbies than I do. If I ever get minis again it'll be secondhand and maybe I'll make a diorama or something. Honestly for the armies I wanted to make at the time the starter set I bought was kind of a bad deal, the Termie part was good but the Marine part wasn't as good for a Black Templar start.
