Yeah, especially since even within the same set there are variations you might consider (if you don't have godly in everything echoes), like wanting one with higher ER for smooth rotations in some teams (like running lupa with encore/verina I have to sacrifice some crit for the minimum ER or lupa gets back without the liberation ready slowing down the rotation). No idea why that guy wants to pretend that there is no use.
