Anon. Sunday, Bronya and Sparkle can AA her ass and then she can use her skill to get 2 stacks. It's better than any nihility teammates. Jiaoqiu is good because he debuff the enemies during their turn but you can circumvent that by using Trend with Gepard

So no. If you remove the Nihility lock then Acheron would become top tier.
