using 3 star spark in a training category that you know will be important for your uma but you might not have the right support cards/MLBs to do so
for example with MLB kitasan and like 1 or 2 other speed cards it becomes very easy to hit S or SS+ speed by end of career, but to pick up the slack in other areas, you'll need a fully 3 star lineage for each of your inspirations, giving you 18 sparks towards that category total (9 stars total for each parent). i've been trying to get two 9 star stam parents because i severely lack good stamina based support cards, and i can just barely reach SS+ speed with a semidecent power and wit to edge me into A rank territory (has only happened twice though)
