Love me Splatoon.
But good god, turn off the lobby posts and never interact with a Splatoon fan. Splatoon 1's lobby posts were okay, repetitive and not funny for the most part but whatever. Then they took away miiverse with 2 and it's been downhill ever since. I'm not sure why people decided to use Splatoon as a furry and/or political platform but here we are. Then I'd go into the /v/ threads and it's image dumping, avatarfagging, and circlejerking. I walked in on people ERPing the other day. At least most of them are actually playing the game though. Then I'd look for Splatoon videos and it's like the worst youtubers with retard opinions and just bad content. Only found one guy that just made good guides and some decent shitposts. Unfortunate he hasn't really played the game in a while now. I looked in the biggest(?) Splatoon discord once but can't say I was very impressed with that either, seemed like usual faggot behavior.
Not sure why this game is cursed in the west
