well, yeah that's a problem for sure around here especailly. it's why i've always really hated the proteus effect and how poisoned by it everyone here is

but i've always felt if i present myself as authentically as possible it works out fine in the end. i just always make it clear "hey i'm not [a catboy/female au ra/female elezen/male au ra i'm a person" from the start as well.
