ONE stated that Tatsumaki would usually win against Mob but that he's not sure who would win if it's against Serious Mob, implying that Tatsumaki and Serious Mob are on a similar level.
This was after the end of Mob Psycho, when Mob had already re-combined with ???.
So I'm left with a question: when ONE said this, was he referring to the Mob from the end of the series that had already recovered this power, or was he referring to the Mob from before that, without including the power of "???" ?
