I play this shit every weekend and when I was running regularly I was a monster because better players than I couldn't pass through me because my sprint and endurance was very good from all the mileage I was running daily.
Unfortunately I stopped running and now I'm struggling to be as good as I was, what's the best running routine to get back to my previous level as soon as possible?
I used to dab on zoomers and now and don't mog them on every single play.
