New Jersualem, New Thai Confederacy/Bangkok, Casabalanca, Luxor, Nu-Delhi, Pacific City (is that just New Zealand?), and Ankara I think? I don't remember any stories taking place or addressing those areas. There's been depications of Euro City judges with the fancy star helmets but I don't recall any stories directly taking place in Euro City itself. I also recall there being a Simba City story, which the wiki seems to confirm. Pretty sure almost everywhere else on the map has had a story set there or has had some fleshing out done.
