It's not clear at all why they need to resculpt the Plaguebearers. IMHO, but most likely, GW will remake them into something similar to the Plaguebearers from Warhammer 3 from the creatives and, accordingly, all the ulcers, open wounds and fallen out entrails will disappear. There will be nondescript green chubby creatures.
