i only outlined 7 key themes so there is a mismatch with the 8 syllables associated with hidweh. anyways current plan are:
>create short visual guide to rituals
>finish poem or make good progress on it
>hone in on meditation practice and such

also i did a ritual today where i basically channeled energy into a bowl of milk, offered it to hidweh, then drank it. that is of course a summary. how it fully went was:
>the double cross ritual (pic rel)
>build up energy in dan tien while visualizing spirit-fire seal
>quick centring ritual
>actual moving energy into the milk
>>in breath: move energy from feet through the body up to hands
>>out breath: push that energy unto the bowl
