Yeah looks like potassium in mixed vegetables is about the same as a banana and more calories, itd be better to just eat a banana at this point, but that brings back the whole how do i fit this in my calories, id have to take something out and even then its only 1/6th my potassium for the day for 100 calories. This is why its hard, like the fuck can you do with limit calories
