been there a couple of times. i never spend more than three days there as it's comparatively expensive for weeb goods, especially that tower with all the figures in glass cases. You pay like thrice to fives times the price (games, figures that typa). i honestly recommend renting a car and heading towards the north or south and visit about every 鑑定団 (kanteidan, appraisal shops), melonbooks, surugayas, rashinbang and bookoff*hobbyoff there is. the other prefectures are really a sight to behold and way fewer tourists
