There's a reason they're addicting. IF you have a successful first cycle it's like opening pandora's box, you'll never want to go back to the "old" you. It's not just the physical benefits you become addicted to, but the mental effects too.

I put on an unbelievable amount of mass my first cycle, it completely changed me physically and mentally. I was training for a while but I was never serious about it, I just fucked around in the gym occasionally and didn't track my macros.
I won't go into what made me flip the switch because it's personal, but one day I decided to say fuck it, isolated myself, and put all my energy into bodybuilding. I knew if I put in the work and effort I would see results, unlike other areas of my life that were fucked up. I wanted control, I wanted power.

So I did 500mg test e and 250mg mast e weekly for about 20 weeks, ate a shit ton, it was mostly clean food, drank mass gainer shakes, did a modified PPL, trained almost every day, tracked progress, did cardio, walks, etc. When it was over I tried to PCT but it made me feel like ass, my strength started to go down, I didn't feel the same, so I just stuck with TRT. I'm in my mid 30s so whatever, but it's something you should think about before starting. I love steroids now, I'm on my 3rd cycle and blast once a year and never intend on stopping. But it has affected me mentally in a negative way, I'm definitely more jaded and isolated than I was before starting them.
