Mika is fast but you really need to have a grasp on UNI's pressure to really do well with her. You can retard mash in the air with her jA attacks but you'll be strapped for damage output and generally opening people up on account of stubby normals. You do have some incredibly annoying mobility and a really fast low but you'll need to know who you're up against to use it most effectively.
