Well that's the thing, people who left after CS ended won't return just because Rean is back. 40% of the current kiseki fanbase are those who came from CS and didn't drop the series, 50% are the oldfags who played since sky, 10% are the newfags who started with kuro 1. The reason for Rean coming back is pretty simple, to sell more merch within the fanbase, which is why Altina is also back despite adding absolutely nothing to the plot.
