No gacha will ever do time limited discounts on paid rolls because it would get an extremely negative reaction from everyone who had bought them previously. The best you can hope for is some sort of discount via subscription or other permanent discount-with-qualifier. That, or out-of-game discounts the other anon mentioned, like store rewards and discounted Apple/Google top ups.
