Genuinely what is his purpose? He fucked off after I did the Pyramid and only returned with a PSI move that costs a shit ton of PP and deals barely more damage than Jeff's Heavy Bazooka. The only time he's useful is when he slaps a bunch of shields on the party during a boss fight.
