as a former 120lber I just can't comprehend how people get fat. I have to plan my day around eating to get in 4000 calories and track everything in an app or I'll trend way under that. I tend to aim for between 180-200g of protein a day though which is probably way more filling than chips and cookies or whatever fat people that don't lift are eating
