Advice on taking test gel to mildly boost my taste and stay within a 'natural' level?Been lifting for years and currently 86.5kg, had my test checked at 26 (now 30) and it was 340ng/dl, granted I was on Nightshift at the time, but still, I had been working out and eating well for years, so surely it's only lower now, too?
I just want to get up to 750ng/dl or something around that mark, any advice?
