You have no idea just how bad AI has made the shovelware problem, I think he's wrong and don't think that was the actual cause of this, but this isn't even the only change they've made when trying to combat the problem.
Given that I can find blatant porn on steam with 2 clicks from the home page it clearly wasn't just to restrict porn
