Considering UT's 10 years old, if we assume Chara had no existence between their death and the 7 other humans falling before being awoken, they'd be able to post on here if we assume they feel when they were 8 and not any older. Also cursed thought #2 is that most of us that originally pined for Chara were underage ourselves when UT released.
