I'm considering a Plate Carrier 06 (or, if Whiskey runs out of carriers in my size, the Plate Carrier 13). I think I want the ability to wear insulation and wind layers over the carrier, not for concealment but more as a realistic part of being outside. How big of a deal is stuff getting snagged on the back cummerbund flaps? Would it be worth getting the $84 accessory panel to cover them?
