There's some nostalgia here and there but the overwhelming majority of people seem to think of thunderstrike as a straight upgrade.
Fatcast had some neat stuff though, always like their art deco lightning wings. The knight venator in particular was really cool.
Personally I always thought sacrosanct looked the worst, except for the guys with the based magic grenade launchers. Something about the tabards always just looked off to me, aswell as the weird hammer shape.
