Momo is and acts like a typical teenage girl, she's just very active and combative. Tomboyish, even. She cared about Okarun before she even knew his name since she saw him being picked on and she has a hatred of bullies.

And yes, Momo does act feminine. She's not a total girly girl like Aira, but she's mainly interested in love and romance and fashion like a normal girl.
