yes it's the same in that a stun bar, visible or not, is a simple mechanic that has been around since.. DMC3 I think.

the difference is 7R is so badly made that once they're staggered, they stay in that 1 animation, bolt themselves to the floor and don't react to any of your hits.
it's so lazy.
