I've bought New 3DS LL from Japan two years ago with box in perfect condition and both screens are ips without any yellowing, cost me $160. It was just lying around until I hacked it month ago with 128GB micro sd card (since lots of people were saying 256gb cards fucks things up, not sure if true) having a blast now anyway.
