No one will agree on what is ethical and what is not morality is not a black and white split and people will have divergent opinions on the morality of almost everything.

The only question worth asking is "Should the government do something about it" and the answer is always no. Never. Never give the government any more power than it already has. It WILL use it against you, every single time.
