I was raised by a single mother so I am unable to trust women. I prefer a house to living in a communal hive. I tried condo and apartment living. It sucked. A house has more responsibility attached to maintaining it but I'm fine with that. The peace of having my own space far exceeds any extra work I have to put into maintaining it.
