Ultimately the best way to discuss toku is with irl friends and forming a chat group with them, but otherwise 4chan is the best by default in English even with the negativity that surrounds it and the shitposting that has steadily gone worse since Gaim, by now being pretty relentless. But as long as you know what's a shitpost and what's not you can find people being honest with varying opinions, actually discussing the show and usually discussing leaks earlier without believing any fake shit. Also one can swear here which is a plus.
