You know, I understand the salt over the getting t4/t5 gear... but having built a fairly solid T2 set for pve... I think its kinda overblown.
Its really only if you want to go apeshit with getting as close as you can to 200 in a stat that you need T3-5. Or 3+ 100s or whatever.
I need better set bonuses, my dogshit is TechSet x2 and Last Discipline x2 because I was just looking at stats. But stat-wise, this T2 spread is perfectly fine.
