The first thing I ever ask when taking my bike in for work is when I can expect it back, and if it isn’t within the day I go somewhere else. I do pretty much all the work myself anyways so this is usually pretty easy to achieve. Would not bother going somewhere where I don’t know when I’m gonna get my bike back
