Well this is an odd find in that SFM build leak...

models/vgui/prize_wheel.mdl

Textures are not present in the SFM build, but I found them in the 2023 repo leak. I don't know what this model was for, and the fact it's in models/vgui (which is for things like the team doors screen model when you select a team) leads me to believe this was going to be something you'd see on your screen.
