Because it's not a Jason that actually exists in any corporeal form and I doubt he'll look like this when 500 years from now they make another movie. The mask looks weird on his head because it's a crappy drawing. It's homunculus fortnite jasum, a hodgepodge of other designs to produce a recognisable yet indistinct version of the character.
